Breeding Angoras is a wonderful hobby, but there is one very important concern- good homes for the babies. Last year I didn't breed as 4 of the lovely Blue does from 2023 were still with me. I had some queries for adult rabbits, but by then I was far too attached to them to let them go! Now it is time for breeding before the does get too old, and I have people waiting for the babies. Jinx has been mated a month ago and her babies are due tomorrow. Here she is gathering straw energetically for her nest. My rabbits much prefer nesting with straw rather than hay.
