The fox is still around, but I have not seen him. Every now and again, the rabbits out in their pens will freeze, and thump in unison. I grab my machine gun water pistol and patrol the garden. Nothing to see. For the last two nights the security lights have been flashing on in the back garden. I have now discovered why. The fox has made an earth under the snow-in summer between the patio pots!
